Technical Service Bulletins - Bulletins issued by auto manufacturers that describe most common problems and the proper way to repair those problems for certain car models.
For example, Nissan Quest / Mercury Villager has common problem with EGR system causing the "Check Engine" light to come one. Nissan issued the bulletin that describes this problem and how to fix it. Once you read it, turns out that all needs to be replaced is small rubber hose two inches long called BPT valve bottom hose. Dealers may charge up to $200 to fix this problem.
